A long running brand relationship saw the development of several major end to end UX oriented projects and the launch of market firsts including social media channels, iPhone app, one page ordering module and Facebook loyalty campaign.
In the competitive QSR space (Quick Service Restaurant), Pizza-Hut’s ambitious ‘Feed a Friend’ campaign broke new ground on social media by offering free virtual slices of pizza to collect and share via Facebook. Among various highlights were 74,660 Stream Stories on Facebook, resulting in approximately 1.4 million impressions and a 24% rise in brand loyalty across the entirety of the campaign.
End to end brand site development from concept through to extensive UX/UI and deployment. Advanced creative and UX toys saw integration of customisable slider, ‘steaming’ pizzas and time of day rolling tickets – appealing to various customer need states.
Concept, UX, IU and launch of the Australian iPhone app. Several innovative features were developed including an augmented reality store finder called “Pizza Goggles”. A comms launch idea around ‘a deliciously fun distraction’ leveraged supporting TVC, display and social media content.
